What a man of God. I read a book once called, ''Outlive Your Life'' by Max Lucado. Dale certainly did. His impact in the city of North Little Rock and beyond point to this great man. You want to experience Dale Go to a food closet. Go to a church led food pantry. Look at people who would be hungry w out his generosity. Thank you, Brother Dale for your life. Sunday he heard the words we all king to hear. ''Well done you good and faithful servant. You were faithful with little now you will be in charge over much.''

Dale was a wonderful person who was always helping people. He and my dad were great friends. He will be greatly missed. To Suzy and the boys, our prayers are with you.

Br. Dale Prater was one the most humble men I remember meeting. He really listened to me, and inquired with me about the struggles of being a single mom to my two beautiful girls, one whom had lost her dad at the age of two, and one whose dad struggled with opiate addiction. Br. Dale showed great concern and compassion even when my own Pastor of years hadn't shown a concern of the difficulties my daughters encountered, only judgment. Br.Dale was a Pastor who would come preach at our church on many occasions when our Pastor couldn't be there.
I say this not to degrade anyone else, but just to point out the fact of the impact Br. Dale made even in the lives of the churches he visited. God used this man to reach many. A gift that God gave him in showing others that he truly cared about the lives of those under his preaching.
I was blessed to know this man, and I know that his legacy will live on because of the love of Jesus that he shared with everyone, not just a select few.
My condolences go out to his wife, family and friends. I know you are suffering great loss, and you are in my prayers. We can be happy for him as he is in heaven with Our Heavenly Father.
