Jean Lois Allen, 96, of Quitman, Arkansas passed away peacefully on November 30, 2025. She was born November 9, 1929 in Pottstown, Pennsylvania to the late Henry Fetters and Mazie Griffith Hartshaw. Jean wore many hats throughout her life: Daughter, Wife, Mother, Aunt, Grandmother, Farmer and Caretaker. She worked as a CNA for many years before retiring as a home caretaker. Jean loved spending time with her family, gardening, farming and all animals. She was preceded in death by her parents; sisters, Hannah Emory, Henrietta Nester and Kathleen McIlvee; 1st Husband, George Francis Benditt Sr.; son, George Francis Benditt Jr.; daughter, Sylvia Benditt; 2nd Husband, John Dwayne Allen and two grandsons, Zamien Elijah Benditt and Brock Anthony Keppler.
Jean is survived by her five children, Jeannie Benditt (David) Mammarella, Philip (Sherry) Benditt, MaryBeth Benditt (Timothy Roy) Bolt, Kevin Andrew (Lori) Benditt and Marie Angela ''Midge'' Benditt; grandchildren, Ron Benditt, Susan (Mike) Prizer, Zakkary Ryan Keppler, Melanie Jo (Sean) Jones, Timothy James Bolt, Jonathan Robert Bolt, Joshiah Bolt, Alisha Michelle Fleischmann, Carlinda Marie Benditt, Catie Louise (Luke) Hunter, Stephen Paul Benditt, Nicole Jean Benditt, Dale Lee Ozment Jr. and great grandchildren, Morgan Hargraves, Aria Fleischmann, Viola Fleischmann, Elowyn Fleischmann, Uriah Bolt and Alexys Bolt.
Funeral Service will be Monday, December 8, 2025 at 11:00AM at Roller McNutt Funeral Home in Greenbrier. Visitation will begin one hour prior at 10:00AM. Burial will be at 1:30PM at Augsburg Zion Lutheran Cemetery in London, Arkansas.
