Kelly C. Ragan, 66, of Greenbrier, Arkansas passed away peacefully with his wife by his side on Friday, September 5, 2025. He was born on October 24, 1958 in Santa Rosa, California to the late Calvin Ragan and Marion Smith. Kelly was devoted to his family and loved his wife and grandchildren fiercely. He was longtime member of First Christian Church in Conway where he also served as a Deacon. Kelly was a skilled handyman and owned his own business as a painter. He was an avid Razorback fan and enjoyed watching old westerns. Kelly was preceded in death by his parents; sister, Linda and stepfather, John P. Carlin.
He is survived by his loving wife, Cassie Ragan; two sons, Nathan (Jill) Ragan and Blake (Ashley) Ragan; seven grandchildren, Paityn, Charlee, Ivy, Ziggy, Mckenzie, Alaina and Birdie Grace; brothers, John Wulff and Michael Robesky; sisters, Christine (Jack) Lynch and Diane (Earl) Mossembekker; stepmother, Carol 'Cass' Carlin; niece Mitzie (Lane) Thompson; his church family; two fur babies, Gracie and Bear and many more friends and family.
A Celebration of Kelly's life will be held at First Christian Church in Conway at a later date.

I will miss him so much. Kelly helped us so much with his handyman and painting skills. He was the same age as one of our daughters and we just loved him like one of ours. I will miss his sweet smile and when hanging up from a phone call he always said ''see ya''. Cassie just know you are in my prayers
