I’m just learning of the passing of this precious lady. I worked at Greenbrier Family Clinic and that’s where I have seen her back through the years…….I retired in December of 2022, so I’ve missed seeing many sweet patients and I’ve missed hearing of their passing away. Ms. Billie was a super classy and well put together lady!! She was always comical even when she would come in sick to see the Doctor……..She always reminded me that she had been an RN and she was still so smart and I always respected her. I loved this classy lady and the way she dressed, the way she spoke, the way she wore her lipstick…….She always held her head up and spoke highly of her Doctor. When she came in our office, she always made my day!! RIP Ms. Billie!!

I sure thought a lot of Ms. Stephens. We were neighbors for almost 20 years! She saw my family “grow up” and my boys loved her too! She loved her flowers and yard and she kept everything immaculate! We had many conversations on that back porch of hers over the years! I know she is at home again, rejoicing with her Lord and Savior, her belated husband and son. She will be greatly missed.
Prayers for the family during this difficult time.
