Mary Etta,
Jenn and Jarrett rented an appartment on Locust street from my husband, Wayne, and me. We kept in contact with both of them throught out the years. Jenn was an incredible person who now occupies a very special place in heaven free from earthly travails. You are in my prayers to gain the strength to deal with this adversity.

I will never forget the first time I met Jenn. She walked into lunch on her first day in Conway wearing pink corduroys and a dark green shirt with pink flowers on it from Limited, Too and had the most angelic face and this aura of confidence about her that I don't think ever left. We had lunch together and I invited her to my birthday party that very weekend...and our friendship was set. She gave me a Clay Walker CD and a birthday card of a dog wearing a party hat....I can remember so much about her that it's almost painful. I loved her, and I will never know anyone else like her. I believe who we are as adults is shaped and formed by who we spend our life with as children and adolescents...and so for the rest of my life I will always remember that I am who I am because of the 7 great years that I spent with Jenn. I will forever regret all those years of phone calls and emails full of "we need to hang out!" and "let's get together!"

I am so deeply saddened with the news of Jennifer. She was a beautiful young woman full of energy and life. It was a true pleasure to have known her and to have worked with her at Dillard's in Fayetteville. Jennifer lit up a room when entering, she always had a wonderful smile and a kind word for everyone. My thoughts and prayers are with her family. May God comfort you during this difficult time. There is a beautiful new angel in heaven named Jennifer and she is looking down upon all of her friends and family.

Dear Family,
We are so very sorry for your loss of your beloved Jennifer. She was always loving, kind and such a joy to be around.
I will never forget when she was a baby, how she always seemed to have a smile and easy to make laugh. Then as she got older a toddler up to 10 ish, she was such a doll, when I was around her everything she did or said was just precious. Like calling dad (Bid) Santa Clause, who would have come up with that besides your girls, dad would just smile about that. I remember when you all came up for our wedding and your girls both wearing hats and looking and behaving just perfect.
When Jennifer worked up here in Fayetteville at the Dilliards here, I was so proud of her and it was always such a joy to see her in the mall we would stop and talk a minute. It seems everytime I would ask, "Are you taking care of yourself?" She would say "Yes, trying" One time I was down in Little Rock and happened to see her in the mall there! What a real treat. We were both shocked, even though I knew she worked there but what are the chances of that? She was kind even though I could tell she was stressed about her job.
I wish I would have known her better, I will always miss her.
Love to you all & praying for God's healing in your life.

I can't even find the words for this loss. I've known Jenn since she was at Hilfiger at Dillards... We were rarely more than five feet from eachother... I worked at Origins and we would stand on either side of the escalator so we could still talk to each other. I was so proud of her for all she accomplished. She was the kind of person everyone wanted to be. Beautiful, kind, and so funny. I am so sorry the world won't get to see that light anymore. She was truly amazing. Praying for each of you.

To the Davenport & Qualls Families:
As I read the entries written about Jennifer in this guestbook each and every one repeats just what I knew of Jennifer. I became acquainted with Jennifer as an associate and she a sales manager at Dillard's. Jennifer was always so pleasant and helpful to me and even though she was not my manager. Jennifer was always professional and helped when she was called upon to pull you out of a problem. As I entered work last Friday night I was told of the devestating news about Jennifer and my heart sank deeply and I began to hurt and miss her. Friday was my birthday and I could not bear to hear this sad news. I had expressed my concerns earlier this year to Jennifer about her health, not knowing anything was wrong, and Jennifer shared with me about her illness. She said she knew I would understand since my own daughter has a chronic illness and I gave her a hug and told her I would pray that there would be a way for her to get well. She also told me with a big smilte that her mom would be in that weekend and she would be there for her. She excitedly told me one day she was to be evaluated for treatment options and I told her I was so glad for her. Jennifer shared with me the results of her evaluation and I gave her a big smile with excitement hoping for her to get better. I now realize how much courage and strength Jennifer had each and every day. I literally watched her endure the struggles she faced through her daily life and I feel so helpless that I could not help her. Jennifer always had so much dignity and grace about herself. As I reflect on her I think of all the times she would pass by me in the store and how I admired her beauty and her warm smiles. I will never forget Jennifer and I miss her sorely. Jennifer has left our embrace and gone on to be in God's grace where she has been made whole and free from all earthly bounds. Sweet dreams lovely lady. Your friend, Cynthia

To the Davenport family,

I am so sorry for your loss and for the loss to the world. Your daughter was one very special young lady.
Several years ago I had just had surgery on my feet and had no business getting out but couldn't stand being confined so I thought I'd do some shopping. I got into Belk's but couldn't get out. I didn't know what to do but looked over and saw your daughter....so beautiful and smiling so brightly. She could see I was in need and helped me over to her counter. Thankfully she wasn't busy at the time. She propped my feet up and said "You just rest and I'll pamper you and give you a makeover." How many people would have just looked the other way? She was the kindest and sweetest girl. I'm about 13 years older than she and we were both single at the time, from Conway and had lots in common. We talked and talked .....about everything!!...and laughed and laughed! She was infectious! I absolutely LOVED her! From then on I was a regular customer and followed her wherever she went. I thought she would forget who I was but when in LR she saw me one day and immediately called my name.
I honestly don't know what to say to you and know you don't know me but I couldn't help but write. There aren't many people you come across in this world who literally strike you as an angel.... She was one. From the outside all the way through. I can truly say I've never met anyone like her who was so beautiful, so kind, so sweet, so genuine and so wonderful to be around. She was an angel.... and God called her home. I don't say that lightly.
You are all in my prayers and will continue to be.

To the Davenport family, I had the pleasure of getting to know Jennifer when she was my manager in cosmetics, when she was first introduced, I knew she was special, she was ALWAYS so pleasant, nice and just a beautiful person, it was nothing she wouldn't try & help you with, I'm going to miss her but know that she's not suffering anymore and what beautiful memories she left here on this earth for us. You all are in my prayers.

I have loved you dearly since the day we brought you home from the hospital. What a beautiful woman you grew up to be, inside and out.

I hope you knew how much I love you and how much I will miss you.

As you would expect of me, I'll be here & be strong for Dad, Janna, Coy, Mary Etta and the girls.

We are all lost here and not able to make sense of this, but I find comfort because I know where you are.
Heaven just gained the most beautiful angel.

I love you baby girl, Aunt Keri
