I am so sad to hear of my cousin, Vera’s passing. I know, that Vera’s name is written in the Lamb’s book of life because she had accepted Jesus’ death on the cross as payment for her sin, so I also know that she is experiencing fullness of joy now and that I will see her again someday!
Jerry and Family,
Ruth and I were saddened to hear of Vera's passing. She was of course very loved and respected. Our thoughts and prayers are with you....
Vera was a one of a kind person. She was very genuine in her happiness and compassion for others. When my husband passed, she was so great with me and making sure I took the time I needed and took care of the paperwork that I didn't even know to ask for.

Dear Jerry and Family,
We are saddened at the loss of Vera. She was always very kind to us. She will be greatly missed.
Momma Byrd was such an AMAZING lady. I will never forget her! She was kind, but stern. She was a great example of what we as Christians should be. Momma Byrd will always have a special place in my heart. She raised three wonderf kids, but was a Momma to many! I know she is singing with Jesus right now....
Sending love and hugs to you all!
I worked with Vera for years and she was the ultimate professional and nurse. She was an inspiration to new nurses and will be sorely missed.
She was my Cousin and I hardly knew her. I wish that I could have gotten to know her better. Her Father, Tom and my Father, Milton were Brothers. God Bless
Ms Vera helped me many, many times during my years at WRMC. I know others will also attest to her being a wealth of knowledge with a kind heart and a smiling face. We shared a love of English chocolates and I will never forget her.
