Kenneth Wayne Knight, 64 of Clarksville, Arkansas passed away on Saturday, July 11, 2020 in Russellville. He was born on July 29, 1955 in Clarksville to his parents, Hoyt Kenneth Knight and Ona Pearl Leavell.

Kenneth worked for Tyson in the Hatchery Department for many years and was a member of the Mt. Vernon Community Church. He was a hardworking man who always took care of his family, providing for their every need. He also enjoyed going to the area yard sales on the weekends.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Hoyt and Ona Knight; one sister and two brothers.

He is survived by his wife of twenty-two years, Carolyn (McClennahan) Knight of the home; three sons, Joshua Knight of Clarksville, Jacob Rainey and wife, Leah of Altus, Michael Hazen of Conway; one daughter, Jackie Pelts of Clarksville; one sister, Mary Ann Cotton and husband, Michael of Clarksville; one brother, Hoyt Eugene Knight and wife, Patsey of Hunt; two great nieces, Jeanna Knight and Jessica Knight; one great nephew, Robert Sanner; five grandchildren, Charlie Knight, Hannah Knight, Xander Rainey, Trinity Rainey and Ricky Pelts; numerous other family members and friends.

Visitation will be held from 6:00-8:00 p.m., on Thursday, July 16, 2020 at Roller-Cox Funeral Home in Clarksville.

The family will have a Memorial Service at Mt. Vernon Community Church at 2:00 p.m., Saturday, July 25, 2020.


We are complying with the Arkansas Department of Health guidelines and limiting indoor funeral and visitation attendance to 100 people at one time. All attendees must provide and wear their own masks before entering.
