Carolyn had a natural way of sharing which conveyed care and love. The transaction was far more than paying for food and service — it was a connection point. So just as we have been blessed by Carolyn’s life may we bless her memory.

Oh my. What a hoot she was. She and my husband would trade jokes and I would stand by and watch as others were either surprised or would join in.
She will be missed.
Franke’s will be missed.
Actually, both already are missed.

Keith and family, I am so sorry for your loss. Daddy and all of us always enjoyed seeing Carolyn at Frankes when we would go there to eat. Thoughts and prayers for all of you during this time of grieving.

My wife and I have eaten at Franke’s for years. Part of the whole experience for many years now has been getting to visit with Carolyn. She always was funny and great to visit with as we paid for our meal. We will miss her smile and sense of humor.

If I could describe my grandmother.

She was the definition of personality. It was like having a famous grandmother without the paparazzi. Everyone knows her. I work out in maumelle, she worked in Little Rock. My customers would ask me am I related to Carolyn and it would always surprise me. How many people she knew. Even just coming into my place of work and customers would spot her and say my gosh! Tell me that’s Not Mrs Carolyn Heard. She was known and adored by so many. It is unreal. She would introduce me as her grandcritter and brag on my accomplishments. With so much enthusiasm and pride She was a happy and fulfilled women. There was never a day where I did not see a radiating and catchy smile on her face. We lost an angel

I will forever miss her.
