Mr. Charles 'Chuck" Gilbert, 85, of Gepp, Arkansas passed away Wednesday, July 1, 2020 in Mountain Home, Arkansas. He was born June 14, 1935 in Little Rock, Arkansas to George and Myrtle (Holland) Gilbert.
He was a proud Teamster working as a Truck Driver and loved RVing all over the country with his wife Wilma (Heard) Gilbert.
He was preceded in death by his parents, 1 stepson, 5 sisters, and 1 brother.
Chuck is survived by his wife Wilma of the home; son: Scott Gilbert; 2 stepsons: Jeff Longo and Eric Mendoza; 6 grandchildren; brother Van Gilbert of Jonesboro, and many nieces and nephews.
A visitation will be held at 12:00pm, Tuesday, July 7, 2020 at Roller-Farmers Union Funeral in Jonesboro, Arkansas with a service to follow at 1:00pm.
Interment will be at Pine Log Cemetery in Brookland, Arkansas.

Frank and I enjoyed Chuck and Wilma’s visits to MS. We were sorry to hear of Chuck’s passing. Praying for peace and comfort for the family.

So sorry to here about uncle Chuck. He was allways there for us. From my Dad to my Mom he was there with us to help us say good bye. Even letting us go with his church group to Magic Mountain. Allways seeming to being in Laughlin when we would be visiting mom. Chuck will forever be in our hearts.
Chuck didnt say much the few times I was at their home, but always made me feel welcome and left an open invitation to return. Wilma, you are a dear friend. You and the family continue to be in my thoughts and prayers.
