Johnny was my neighbor and my friend. He was devoted to his wife, Lou, and their caring, loving family. Johnny and my husband, Ray, would spend hours sitting in folding chairs on our driveway talking about subjects known only to them. My prayers are with Lou and all of their precious family. I love each one of them. God bless and keep you always, Barbara Lancaster

Lou and Family:
We were so heartbroken to learn of Johnny's passing. Without a doubt, family was soooo important to him and you were his everything!!! Before he got sick, I'd enjoy our encounters at the mailboxes or out in the yard where he'd update me on all the whereabouts of the kids, grandkids and great grandkids. He was so proud of you all and always had a story to tell. However, bar none- the love of his life was Lou. She hung the moon in his eyes and heart and I remember a few years back him telling Mr. Ray and me how he was the luckiest man in the whole world. Lou was the wind beneath his wings!!!
May all the sweet memories you have of Johnny bring you comfort during this sad time and in the days ahead. Our thoughts and prayers are with you.

I have known this sweet family for over 30 years meeting them when my family moved across the street from Sally & Tony. Our kids grew up together along with Brandon & Brittany's cousin, Kevin Powell playing in our neighborhood. Sometimes you meet people who stay close to your heart throughout life even when our families no longer live in the same neighborhood. May your memories of your sweet papa comfort you in the days and weeks ahead and may the knowledge that friends and family are lifting you in prayer bring you much love and peace.
