I first met Billy at Hardees where I got close to Mrs. Willie. He was always so patient and kind waiting on Mrs. Willie while she was talking with her ladies. Mr Billy will greatly be missed. He was like a grandpa to me.

My life was touched in a special way by this very kind, life-loving man!

Billy was my dad's, Dallas Everett, best friend for many years. He and his family were regulars at our house and we at their's.

My heart and prayers are with Willie, Joe, and the grand and great-children.

Celebrating a life well lived and a life well loved.

Earth's loss is Heaven's gain!

Love,

The world will not be as a better place at the loss of such a good person as Mr. Storey. He was a kind and a very good teacher. I didn't have him as a teacher myself but I was in school when he taught. He always spoke with a smile and his voice was so gentle. My prayers go out to Willie and all the family and friends that they will be comforted by the Spirit of God and I pray that the memories serve you well.
