Joseph Doyle Hudson, 95, of Quitman, passed away May 22, 2020 at Greenbrier Nursing and Rehab Center. Born December 22, 1924 in Quitman Arkansas, to the late Joseph Simmie ''Buddie'' Hudson 3rd and Sarah Ann Susan Hudson; he was also preceded in death by his wife Bonnie Jean Hudson; his son Joseph Gary Hudson; his brothers Colon, Opie, and Woodrow Hudson. He was a member of Sands Springs Missionary Baptist church. He was very dedicated to his church and community. A wonderful husband, father, grandfather, great grandfather, and friend.
Survivors include his son Carey Hudson and wife Kim of Conway; daughters Sherri Thompson and husband Gary of Marion; Diane McEntire and husband Gene of Little Rock; grandson Stephen Thompson (Marti); granddaughters Michelle Irby (Boyd), Susan Brower, Carie Leann Gobbell, and Caitlin Montgomery (Justin); and 7 great grandchildren Brent and Tyler; Christopher and Jessica; Schuyler; Keagan and Lily Grace; and many extended family members and friends.
Doyle's family sends special thanks to the Greenbrier Nursing Home for the excellent care given to their father.

Sorry for your loss. I will never forget that Doyle & Bonnie came to visit us the night after Daddy's funeral. It had been hectic making arrangements and having family & friends there after his sudden death. Then, after the funeral the reality sets in. They were a blessing to so many people.
