Connor Mckenzi Welch, 27 of Clarksville, passed away on Friday, May 15, 2020. He was born June 15, 1992, in New Orleans, LA, to Vickie (Dickson) Welch.
Conner attended New Life Church. He enjoyed playing with his siblings, singing, cooking, and being out in the sun. He brought joy into the lives of everyone he knew by making them laugh and smile.
Conner loved the county fair, swimming, and four-wheeling. He will be missed but will live on in our memories.

He was preceded in death by his Maternal Grandparents Fred and Betty Dickson Special Grandparents John and Edna Morrow, George Shepherd, and Ashlond Morrow.

Survivors include his mother Vickie Welch of Fort Smith; one sister Chelsea Welch of Fort Smith; two nieces Celeste Welch of Fort Smith and Tiffany (windell) Zacka; one aunt Cheryl (Gregory) Rackley; cousins: Lisa Rackley, Justin Johnson, Kameron Johnson, and Mckenna Johnson; Special grandparents Eddie and Carol Morrow of Hartman; special mom Amanda Morrow of Clarksville; special father Joe Cuevas; five bonus sisters: Brooklond (Andrew) Cremer of Hartman, Adrianna (Humberto) Cuevas of Clarksville, Arabella Cuevas of Clarksville, Alexandria Cuevas of Clarksville, and Marissa Story of Clarksville; bonus brother Malachi Story of Clarksville; special aunt and uncle James and Carrie Pelfrey, special uncle Jdon Morrow; special cousins Caroline and Olivia Pelfrey of Hartman, special cousin Dianna Cuevas Zamorano.
