Bobby Ray Parnell born in Caruthersville, MO on August 21, 1956 to Owen Eugene Parnell and Annie Fay Parnell. Bobby was raised in the areas of Blytheville and Osceola, AR.

Bobby became a brick mason at a young age. He moved to Missouri where he met the love of his life Brenda. In 1985, he moved back to Arkansas where he started working for the best company that he would work for until 2013.

He is survived by his loving wife of 38 years Brenda, one daughter Mindy Lynn Clark (Andy) and one grandson James (sidekick), 4 brothers John Harold, Marion, Gary Wayne (Beverly), Victory, Larry Lynn (Tina), Earle, and Michael Joe, Conway, 2 sisters Judith Anne, Harrisburg, Vicki Michelle, Harrisburg, and many nieces and nephews.

He is proceeded in death by his parents, 1 granddaughter Katie (girlfriend), 2 brothers Wilbur Gene and David Lee and 2 sisters Donna Sue and Sarah Faye.

A limited attendance visitation celebrating the life of Bobby will be held at Roller-Citizens Funeral Home, 201 N Pine Street, West Memphis, Arkansas, on Saturday, June 27, 2020, 1:00 PM to 1:30 PM, with a memorial service immediately following.

With all our respect, Roller-Citizens Funeral Home will be complying with the Arkansas Department of Health guidelines and limiting indoor funeral and visitation attendance to 50 people at a time. All attendees must provide and wear their own masks before entering.

I don’t know how to say goodbye for now. It has always been you and me. Now it is just me. You took a piece of my heart when you left. We had 38 years, 3 months and 20 days.
