Melvin Reves, 72, of Batesville died April 5, 2020.
He was born on November 18, 1947 in Batesville to Owen Lee and Margaret Christine (Maynard) Reves.
Melvin enjoyed his family and was a hard worker.
He is survived by his loving wife, Barbara Ann (Childers) Reves; three sons, Melvin Lee Reves (Lindsay) of Batesville, Bobby Joe Reves (Kaye) of Wagner, Oklahoma, Lynn Reves (Gina) of Batesville; three brothers, Darell Reves of Batesville, Leo Reves of Pleasant Plains, Gwen Reves of Batesville; two sisters, Maxine Dew of Batesville, Darlene Everett of Sulphur Rock; eight grandchildren, five great-grandchildren, and several nieces and nephews.
Melvin is preceded in death by his parents, and three brothers, Nolen, Thurman, and Evans.
A private graveside service will be held.
