Jean Puckett, 79, of Bono, passed away Monday, March 16, 2020 at St. Bernards Hospital. She was born August 24, 1940 in Stanford to E.C. and Helen Boling Bryant. She worked as a cosmetologist and in dietary management. She was a member of North Main Baptist Church. She loved shopping, cooking and most of all, her family.
Jean was preceded in death by her parents; a brother, Jim Bryant and a sister, Debbie Bryant.
Survivors include her husband of 60 years, Bill Puckett; two daughters, Melissa Haskett and Ginger Lee Puckett; five grandchildren, Sabrina Vaughn, Leslie Vaughn, Lauren Hughes, Melina Jenkins and Jessie Ray Puckett; great grandchildren, Madison Johnson, Dixie Thomas, Channlyn Vaughn, Isaiah Haskett, K'Cyn Hughes, Kross Hughes and Brayson Jenkins.
To help ensure the safety of everyone due to the current Coronavirus, all services will be private. Arrangements are under the direction of Roller-Farmers Union Funeral Home.

Such a woman of faith and kindness and so fun to visit with.
We had lost touch over the years , but Jean was a very special cousin to me. Our grandmothers were twins. We used to go to church together at North Main Bap Church. She and Helen helped my mother greatly when our sister Sheila passed away.

We did not know that Jean had passed away until today, 4/7/2020. We have not been on the computer to read mail. We were so sorry to read about her. We thought so much of Jean. She always had a smile on her face and so kind to everyone. May God bless your family with His greatest blessings during this time of your loss.

We are so saddened to hear about Jean's passing. I loved her alot although I didn't tell her often enough. She was always so good to us when Daddy and her Mom were in Hospice. She always stopped by and gave us a goodnight kiss as she was leaving.
