Jacklin Davis Purtle, 87, of Mabelvale, Arkansas passed away on March 13, 2020. She was born October 28, 1932 in Little Rock, Arkansas to the late Coy Davis, Sr and Margaret Sue Davis.
Jacklin loved her pets. Along with being funny, she was a sweet and kind woman who was loved by everyone she met.
Along with her parents, she is preceded in death by her husband, Randall Purtle; son, Michael Purtle; brother, Coy Davis, Jr; her beloved aunt Alpha and half-sister, Helen.
She is survived by her daughter, Sharon Foster; son, Elliott Purtle; daughter-in-law, Emily Hale; grandchildren, Steven, Mary and Eric; great-grandchildren, Heather and Vivian; along with numerous nieces and nephews.
A graveside service will be held at 12:00 PM on Tuesday, March 17, 2020 at Arkansas State Veterans Cemetery, 1501 W Maryland Ave, North Little Rock, Arkansas. A visitation will be held from 10:00 to 11:00 AM on Tuesday, March 17, 2020 at Roller-Drummond Funeral Home, 10900 I-30 in Little Rock, Arkansas.

Sharon, I am so sorry, I just stumbled across your mother's obituary! I didn't know she had passed away. I want you to know she was always so kind to me when we talked on the phone or emailed! I have always thought of her when I drive by the road named after her father! I still will. I'm so thankful we have HOPE of seeing her again someday in Heaven. I hope you are doing well.
