Survivors include her husband of 38 years: Dale Carter; son: Nathan Carter of Osceola; daughter: Carmon (Michael) Hill of Osceola; grandchildren: Chandler Hill, Matthew Carter, Josh Hill, and Kayla Carter. She is preceded in death by her parents.
