Jim and I feel it has been a privilege and a blessing to know Charles. Anyone who met him knew what a prayer warrior he was, and how much he loved his family and his Lord and Savior. What we also observed over the last 18 years was his humility--not only about his military service, but about his Bible knowledge. He seemed eager to absorb Scripture, but never felt he needed to let people know how many verses he could quote, or how many hours a day he spent reading and studying his Bible. He just loved Jesus. An excellent example to us all.
Mary Nell, Cliff, Michael, and Deborah,
I am so sorry for your loss. My thoughts and prayers are with you.
Love you,
Beth Ann
