Kelly, I am so very sorry to hear about your mom. I think back often to the old neighborhood and the many special times that we had when you and I were kids. Your mom's smile and laugh were contagious and her friendship with my grandmother and all of my family will forever be cherished.

Regina and family, so very sorry for your loss of Maxine. I did not realize until I heard the name that Maxine was your sister. I knew her many years ago when I taught at Harlan Park Kindergarten. She was always so sweet to the children and they loved her. I counted her as a true friend. Sorry that we lost contact over the years. May she rest in peace.
