of Little Rock, AR
July 28, 1930 - December 11, 2019
Georgia Florine Presley went home to be with the Lord on December 11, 2019. She was born July 28, 1930 to George and Minnie Jones. She lived in Calico Rock, AR until she moved to Little Rock in 1947.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Thomas Eldon Presley. She is survived by her daughters, Pam Hays (Harold) of Little Rock & Peggy Mills (Chuck) of Hot Springs, grandchildren Missy Fikes (Forrest) of Hot Springs, Brett Hays (Katelyn) of Cammack Village and great-grandsons, Jett Fikes and Drake Fikes.
Her faith & family were her greatest joy. She was famous for her cherry & sweet potato pies. She was a member of Geyer Springs First Baptist Church, where she enjoyed Keenagers and trips to Branson.
We would like to thank everyone at Memory Care of Little Rock and Daniel, Victoria and Bliss with Hospice Home Care for their loving care of our mom.
Graveside Service will be 10:00 AM Tuesday, December 17, at Pinecrest Memorial Park, Alexander, AR. Family will receive friends at the service.
To Pam & Peggy
I was sad today hearing of Georgia’s passing but have many happy memories of our lifetime friendship, including all of our school reunions. I’m sure you and your families are missing your beautiful, sweet & loving mother and grandmother very much. May God bless and comfort you all.
A Calico Classmate - Class of 1947
Love your family. Aunt Georgia was one of the sweetest ladies I ever knew. Your family is dear to us. I have so many fond memories when we lived in Jacksonville of being with the Presleys.
I will never forget experiencing the Orange Bowl watching it from your home.
God bless
Todd
Peggy, I'm sorry for your loss and I pray that Jesus will comfort you during this time. I hope you can find peace in the fact that your mom and dad are going to spend this Christmas together with Him in heaven.
Gerogia was a perfect neighbor. Keep everything in perfect shape and also shared her wonderful pies.
Dear Pam and Peggy and families,
Georgia was always one of my best friends and we shared many happy times together and she was so good to always keep in touch. Many good memories. My thoughts and prayers are with you all in deepest sympathy.
Love you,
Pam

To Mrs. Presley’s loved ones~
We are so very sorry for your loss.
It is so sad to say goodbye
to our Mothers and our Grandmothers.
No one ever fills their place in the family.
It makes it even harder during the Christmas Season.
Our thoughts and prayers are with you all
during this sad time.
May God give you His peace and
may your sweetest memories be a
treasure to always bring a warmth
to each of your hearts.
With our love and sincere sympathy~
