Lisa & Burke & Jean,
We are sorry to hear of Bill’s passing. Jean and Bill did such a good job raising Lisa- Lisa is amazing!
Lisa and Burke spread Arkansas love and southern hospitality everywhere they go! We have been so lucky here in
Lakewood, Ohio to raise our kids with The Burkeen/Fortners !
It was always special when Bill and Jean came all the way from Arkansas to Burke’s baseball games!
It was a privilege to have them in the stands with us, joking around and visiting!
Lisa for all these years you have been such a bright light here in our community! Lisa your kindness to everyone has made such a huge difference. We love your Arkansas congeniality!!
Bill and Jean’s light shines so brightly thru you and Burke!
We love that Awesome Burke is named after The Burkeens !
Much Love to all,

I miss my father tremendously! I am at a point in my life that I really needed him more than any other time in my life.
I will miss your positivity, your energy, yor spirit, and your dedication to all things important enough for our attention.
You taught me the importance of dedication to work, family and support of those we love. I hope Tim and Burke have reaped those things from me during our years together.
Thank you for your support over the years although we didn’t see eye to eye on certain things.
I will miss you forever ❤️

I will so miss my Uncle Bill. He was always so supportive and good to me. He was my second "Daddy". I still remember the way he and my Aunt Jean looked on their wedding day. I was three. I love you and will miss you. I know you and my Dad Joe are watching baseball together. I so admired your zest and energy.

Mr. Bill was a great man and love my many. He was my district manager in the 80"s in Brinkley, Arkansas. Talked with him many times after leaving Brinkley and he always wanted me to come back to work for him. He will be missed by many lives that he has touched during his time as district Manager. My prayers are with the family.
