Glenn Vernon Althoff, 51, passed away on November 24, 2019. He was born on July 16, 1968 in Rochester, New York to Earl and Kathryn Althoff.

Glenn received his associate's degree from Monroe Community College. He worked as an electrician for many years, until he found his new love for real estate, so he became a real estate investor. Glenn was a faithful Quaker. He was such a very helpful and kind soul, always helping anywhere he could. He will be remembered for his kind heart, sweet soul, his infectious smile & laugh, and his willingness to do anything for anybody.

Glenn will be deeply missed by his sisters, Cheryl Brown (Jim), Glenda Caufield (Michael), and Susan Damato (Todd); his nine nieces and nephews; several great nieces and nephews; as well as a host of friends.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Earl and Kathryn Althoff; his brother-in-law, Jim Brown and his great-niece, Maya.

Glenn had more people that cared about him then he realized.
Some of us are just now hearing about his passing.
I am so sad to have him leave us at such a young age.
I’ll miss the great conversations, raking pine needles, the funny way he drove his truck to save on gas, how excited and proud he was when he bought his first investment property.
The world was a lot better with you in it Glenn!

I was shocked to find out Glenn died. When he didn’t answer his phone I googled his name and found this I didn’t even know he was sick. John and I were friends with Glenn for many years and I miss him very much.

Glenn was my neighbor and friend. Visiting with him was always a delightful experience, and he will be greatly missed. My sincere condolences to the family.

I did not know him long but we had great conversations and a budding friendship.

I admit I was jealous, he robe a motorcycle. :)

Glenn was upbeat and positive- always left me laughing. He was the kind of guy who always brightened the room. RIP Glenn...... I will miss you! ❤️😊

So very saddened to hear of Glenn's illness and death. He was such a kind and incredibly intelligent man. I valued our conversations. He will be greatly missed. Finding comfort in the knowledge that his days of struggle are over, and he is at peace.
