I didn't know Glenn well and never met him face-to-face, but spoke with him frequently for work, both by email and on the phone. He was always friendly and helpful, even when I had to call and wake him up in the middle of the night to deal with an issue. He was also one of those rare people who could answer questions and provide explanations about even the most basic processes without being condescending. All of this made him one of my favorite people to work with, and he will be very much missed.

Glenn was a wonderful man, husband, father, and grandfather. We're so sorry that he finally lost his battle with his health problems, for I know that he loved being with you and the kids. You are all in our hearts and in our prayers. Stay strong, Darling Cousin.
