Charles E. Dillard, 59, of Osceola, AR, passed away Sunday, November 17, 2019. He was born November 19, 1959 in Caraway, AR to James and Cleo Dillard. He was retired from 20 years in the United States Air Force, enjoyed wood working, spending time with his grandchildren and of the Baptist Faith. He is survived by his wife: Connie Dillard; son: Seth Ian Dillard; daughters: Chasity Jenene (Robert) Pope and Guendolyn Desma (Derek) Gilmore; grandchildren: Isaiah Ian Dillard, Guendolyn Cloie Pope, Mason Vuin Pope, Ireland Bailey Gilmore, Briley Ailish Gilmore and Dublin Cahal Gilmore; sisters: Earlene Duncan, Margaret Mattson and Ruby Leathers. He is preceded in death by his parents.

Connie I am so sorry for your loss. Charles was such a nice guy. I always remember him being so intelligent in school. He lived down the street from me and was a great friend.

I'm glad my son had married into this family to Desma .you was always good to him and treated him like your son.Im not sure who will protect Derek from the spiders and bugs .He loved you and will miss you .Derek was so proud of the wall that he had fixed that the kids had put a whole in the wall. Derek said yeah mom dad taught me how to fix that wall and it looks great. You will be missed rest in peace.
