Ben Chipman, 62, of Osceola left this walk of life Saturday, November 16, 2019. He was born August 11, 1957 in Osceola, AR to J.N. and Earline Chipman. He was a lifelong resident of Osceola and graduated from Osceola High in the top ten of his class. Left to cherish his memory is his life partner of 25 years, Tim Stone; daughters, Jaime (David) James and Katie Chipman and life partner, Katye Mayo; brothers: Marvin (Sheila) Chipman, Micheal (Mary Beth) Chipman; sisters Gloria (Don) Copeland and Mary (Ricky) Milton; and four grandchildren, Jaida Laird, Drake Johnson, Hannah Clowes and Teagan James. He is preceded in death by his parents; brothers: B.B. Chipman and Ray Chipman. Visitation will be 5:00-7:00 pm, Monday, November 18, 2019 at Roller-Swift Funeral Home. Funeral services will follow at 10:00 am, Tuesday November 19, 2019 at the funeral home with burial at Ermen Cemetery.

I'm so sad to hear of Ben's passing. I always considered him a dear friend and some of my fondest memories of my teen years included him. God's peace be with his family.

I am so very sorry to hear of Ben's passing. Ben was one of a kind. He was always full of laughter and excitement. I was very fortunate to have known him and worked with him. He will be missed greatly. You are all in my thoughts and prayers.
