Abel Moreno, 75, of North Little Rock, Arkansas passed away on October 28, 2019. He was born in Sinton, Texas on August 24, 1944 to the late Carolina Russinger.

Abel was a dedicated Chicago fan, no matter the sport. He loved gardening and the outdoors. He was known for his weekly lottery tickets and always having a well-groomed beard. Above all, Abel loved and adored his family.

He is preceded in death by his mother, Carolina Russinger; and sister, Dolores Moreno Guajardo (Salomon Ramos Guajardo).

Abel is survived by his wife, Judy Moreno; daughters, Sanija Moreno-Kessler (Jason), Cynthia Moreno, and Carol Moreno-Paster; son, Abel Moreno Jr. (Iris); grandchildren, Kaitlyn, Anastasia, Vincent, Abraham, Ed, Matt, Andrew, Caitlin, Christian, Anthony, Pricilla and Jeremy; beloved nephews, Jose, Oscar, Sal, and David Guajardo; and niece, Sylvia Maxwell.
