Barbara Ann McDaniel, 79, of Jonesboro, passed away, Tuesday, October 8, 2019, at the Baptist Health Hospice Center in Little Rock. Barbara was born October 8, 1940 in Clover Bend to William Floyd and Dicie (Selman) Broadaway. She was a beauty operator and was a member of The Oak Grove Missionary Baptist Church. Barbara enjoyed genealogy, arts and crafts, and flowers.

Preceded in death by her parents; husband of 56 years, William H. (Bill) McDaniel; brothers, Noris Broadway and Ray Broadaway; and several nieces and nephews.

Survivors include one son, Ricky McDaniel; one sister, Jennetta Farmer.

Graveside service will be Saturday, October 12, 2019 at 10:00am at the Bishop Cemetery, CR 109, with Wynndel King officiating.

Roller-Farmers Union Funeral Home are in charge of arrangements.

Ricky I’m so sorry to hear the news of your Mothers passing. I know how deep this hurts as I to have felt the pain of loosing my mother .I wish I had the words that could take your pain away but there aren’t any. Just know that I am grieving with you because you are my life long friend and when my mother passed on you and so many other of my friends grieved with me and it meant so much to me. I love you my Brother and I am a phone call away whenever you need me and i am with you in spirit as you pass through this tough moment .You are not alone.
