Mrs. Eva Bertina "Bert" Stallings, 77, of Jonesboro left this walk of life Friday, September 27, 2019. She was born October 20, 1941 in Cardwell, MO to Joel and Mamie Owens Baine. Eva was a member of Woods Chapel Church, retired from ASU as a custodian and retired from Queb Cor. She enjoyed cooking and taking care of her family.
She is preceded in death by her parents; son, Jimmy Don Stallings; grandson, Jonathon Bell and nine siblings.
Left to cherish her memory is her husband of fifty-four years, Jerry Don Stallings; son Michael (Tanya) Stallings; daughters, Patty (Scott) Bell and Jennifer (Scott) Bushong; grandchildren, Jessica Knight, Olivia Waymon, Dante` Bushong, Benton Stallings, Sara Stallings and Willow Bushong; great-grandchildren, Bailey Hargett, Cash Knight and Carolyne Bushong; brother Connie Ray "CR" Baine and many loving family and friends.
Funeral services will be held 11:00 AM, Monday, September 30, 2019 at Roller-Farmers Union Funeral Home, 1900 West Washington Avenue, Jonesboro with Jerry Thompson officiating. Burial will be in Pleasant Hill Cemetery.
Visitation will precede services at 10:00 AM.
Those honored to serve as pallbearers are Scott Bell, Scott Bushong, Nathan Knight, Joey Ellmer, Cody Ellmer and John Burke. Honorary pallbearers are Benton Stallings and Cash Knight.
