of Mayflower, AR
September 17, 1932 - September 12, 2019
Martha Ann Henson, 86, of Mayflower, AR, went to be with the Lord, Thursday, September 12, 2019. She was born September 17, 1932 in Little Rock, AR to the late Percy and Ione (Westerman) Baker. Martha was also preceded in death by her husband, Patrick Henson; her sister, Eleanor Rubow; and her brother, Jack Baker.
Martha was of the Baptist faith; she attended Brumley Baptist Church in Conway. She was known as a creative person who enjoyed making things with her hands with love for her friends and family. Martha faithfully sent out cards for all occasions. Martha was loved very much by her friends and family, who will dearly miss her beautiful smile and encouraging words.
Left to cherish her memory is her loving family; her daughter, Christie Burns and her husband, Miles; and her grandson, Kyle Burns.
In lieu of flowers the family asks that donations be made in memory of Martha to The Go Store, 807 Court Street, Conway, AR 72032. The donations will be used to purchase items from the store to be sent to children around the world who are less fortunate than others.
A funeral service will be at 1:00pm, Monday, September 16, 2019 at Roller-McNutt Funeral Home in Conway with visitation one hour prior starting at noon.
Martha was a faithful servant who was loved by us and our entire neighborhood, not to mention all her family and friends! She was so very thoughtful- putting others first. If you were with Martha, you felt her love. She was a wonderful friend and she will be missed dearly. We have awesome memories -her laugh, her smile, bringing me flowers from the nursery where she worked, our neighborhood parties, - too numerous to mention them all. She will remain in our hearts . We are confident she is rejoicing with Jesus. To Christie, Miles, and Kyle-our sympathies, for this was a great loss for you- you will be in our prayers.

My deepest condolences to the family. I'm sadden by the home going of Ms. Martha. She was such a sweet lady. Always smiling when you seen her. My prayers are for you Mrs. Christie, Mr. Miles, Kyle and the rest of her family and friends. May the joy of The Lord be your strength. Love you!!!
Christie, my dear sweet friend, as Christians we know that everything happens in the Lord’s time. Find comfort in knowing your Mom is in heaven where you will join her some day. Ms. Martha was a special lady and we all have precious memories of her.
Sad to hear about Martha. We so loved her and loved her smile and sweet spirit. She always sent us birthday and Christmas cards as we did her. She even shared her secret ingredient in her muscadine jelly recipe with Larry. Our deepest condolences.

We are so glad we had the chance to meet this wonderful lady. We are sorry for your loss, Christie, Miles and Kyle.
I loved Aunt Martha. She was so funny. I will miss her so much!!!!
I’m so sorry for the loss of this special, beautiful friend. I’m thrilled that she and I hugged each other Sunday, said we loved each other. She loved the Lord, and would have shouted “Hallelujah!†if we’d seen her called home.
