Marcia Dianne Hood, 74, of Horseshoe Lake, AR, passed away on Friday, August 16, 2019, peacefully in her home.
She was preceded in death by her parents, mother Odelle Moore Brewer and father Ervin Brewer; and her loving husband, Bobby Hood. Those left behind to cherish her memory are her son, James Hood (Angie); her three (3) grandchildren, Hunter Hood, Robyn Ward (Jason), and Candice Morgan (Michael); her six (6) great grandchildren, Aiden Glover, Prentiss Wood, Owen Ward, Cannon Morgan, Cross Morgan, and Case Morgan; her brother, Jack Brewer; her two (2) sisters, Mary "Liz" Ball and Joane Thompson; her seventeen (17) nephews & eight (8) nieces.
Marcia was a faithful member of First Baptist Church of Hughes, AR, and she loved her family very much.
Visitation will be held Tuesday, August 20, 2019, 6PM to 8PM, and the funeral service, on Wednesday, August 21, 2019, at 10AM, at Roller-Citizens Funeral Home, West Memphis, AR. Interment will be at Crittenden Memorial Park, 2206 US-64, Marion, AR.
Nuncky, I am so sorry to hear about your mom. Dianne was such a sweet lady. She was always a joy to be around. Please know that you and your family are in my prayers.

Mr Bobby and Ms Diane were two very special people to my family. We loved them both and considered them to be a set of bonus parents. Ms Diane was so funny and so energetic. We are so sorry to hear about Ms. Diane. She was one heck of a lady! She always kept Mike going at Mud Lake. Never a dull moment when she was around, she was one of a kind. Our thoughts and prayers will be with all of you.

Such a vibrant ball of fire and energy wrapped up in one small little lady. Diane was a great gal and I know she will be missed by her family and friends. She and all of sisters were so fun to be around. My condolences go out to her siblings left behind and her only son, beautiful grands and great grands. So sad to hear about the passing of Miss Dianne, my sisters and I have such fond memories of her singing at the Chatfield Baptist Church so many years ago, particularly the song "The Old Rugged Cross".
She touched so many lives with her sweet but big personality.
I'm very sorry to hear of Aunt Diane's passing. She was one of my favorite Aunts. She was my mother's (Marlene Brewer Marshall) sister. Prayers for her family.
