Even though Cliff and I are first cousins I grew up calling him "Uncle" as a child because of the age difference. In my mind Cliff took over the duty of family patriarch when we all lost our beloved Aunt Ora. It is not enough to say we lost a good man as Cliff was much more than that. My heart goes out to Hazel and the children and all of us who loved him both near and far.
