Koleta (Granny) Rawlings, 84, of Conway, AR, went to be with the Lord Tuesday, July 16, 2019. She was born February 8, 1935 in Batesville, AR to Alvis H. and Ima Shoemaker. Koleta was preceded in death by her husband Conway Rawlings, son, David Rawlings, sisters, Lucille Harris and Janey Long and her parents.
Left to cherish her memory are her daughters, Ann (Keith) Johnson and Karen Champagne and her friend, Jerry Grubbs, sisters, Dorotha (Dr. Glen) Baker, Linda (Willard) Lawrence and Frances (Alan) King, daughter-in-law, Shana Rawlings, 7 grandchildren, 8 great-grandchildren and a host of other friends and relatives.
Family Graveside Services will be held on Thursday July 18, 2019 at 11:00AM at Pinecrest Memorial Park, Alexander, AR, with the Reverend Paul Hudson of One Church officiating.
In lieu of flowers donations to Harmony in Hooves, 1300 Jimmy Lane, Benton, AR 72019.

Ann & Karen, Howard &I are so sorry we found out so late. Your mom was the best neighbor, we will greatly miss her. She was an example to all what a good Christian neighbor should be. Praying for your family's comfort.

Karen and Ann, I am so sorry to hear about the loss of your mother. I worked with Koleta at the state. We were good friends while working but have lost contact over the years. I have fond memories of her friendship. Prayers for both of you and all the family.
