Billy "Dean" Sparks, 63, of Fayetteville, Arkansas, died June 16, 2019, in Fayetteville, Arkansas. He was born on March 17, 1956, in Johnson County Arkansas to the late Russell E. and Gladys Mae Sparks. Dean enjoyed painting with watercolors and playing cards. He enjoyed watching the Razorback football and basketball. Dean liked going to McDonald's and Kentucky Fried Chicken.

Dean leaves behind two brothers: Troy Sparks of Clarksville and Carl Lee Sexton of Barling; five sisters: Jimmie Peters of Fayetteville, Thelma Atkins of Greenwood, Brenda Edwards of Clarksville, Linda Wood of Hartman, and Ronda Sparks of Clarksville; numerous nieces and nephews; a host of other family and friends.

Dean is preceded in death by his parents, three brothers: Robert Duane Holt, Roy "Sonny" Sparks, and Michael Wayne Joseph Sparks, one sister Sylvia Alene Smith.

The family will receive friends at the funeral home from 1:00-2:00 p.m., Wednesday, June 19, 2019. The funeral service will be at 2:00 p.m., Wednesday, June 19, 2019, at the Roller-Cox Funeral Home in Clarksville, Arkansas.
