Charles ''Chuck'' Michael Quarles, 68, of Greenbrier, AR, went to be with the Lord Monday, May 20, 2019. He was born January 9, 1951 in Camden, AR to Robert Edward Quarles and Emily Charlene (Watson) Arce. Chuck was preceded in death by his wife of 22 years, Mary Quarles; his father, Richard Edward Quarles and stepfather, Joe Arce.

Chuck worked as an engineer for Amtran and E-One. He devoted his life to his family. He enjoyed smoking meat and spending time with his family, especially his grandchildren. Chuck had a lifelong interest in hot rods and guitars. He was known as a selfless, loving person that was very giving. Chuck was loved very much by his friends and family, who will dearly miss his infectious laugh and strong spirited nature.

Left to cherish his memory is his loving family; daughter, Kaitlin Jones (Tyler) of Greenbrier; sons, Christian Quarles (Donna) of Indiana, PA, Daniel Gilley of Morrilton, Benjamin Gilley (Chasity) of Wooster; his mother, Charlene Arce of Greenbrier; grandchildren, Levi Marshall, Connor Jones, Leighton Jones and Leo Gilley; sister, Susan Bowler (Jim) of Greenbrier; brothers, David Quarles (Brooke) of Conway; and Ray Quarles of Sacramento, CA; and a host of nieces and nephews.

A Celebration of Life will be held at 2:00pm, Sunday, June 2, 2019 at Roller-McNutt Funeral Home in Greenbrier.
