James Anderson Seay, 69, of Sheridan passed away Friday, May 17, 2019. He was born October 25, 1949 in Conway, Arkansas to the late Littleton Anderson Seay and Janie Dell Hill Seay Curlee. In addition to his parents he was preceded in death by his step-father, Otis Curlee Sr.; brother, Otis Curlee, Jr.; and sisters, Brenda G. Michael, Betty Brabender, and Charolette Ramsey.

James was of the Baptist faith. He served in the Marines during the Vietnam War. He was an avid sportsman and loved to be outdoors hunting and fishing.

Survivors include his daughter, Trish Lange; sisters, Linda Cummings and Debbie Harris; grandchildren, Keagan, Landon, and Abigail; and a host of nieces and nephews.

Funeral service will be 12:00 p.m. Tuesday, May 21, 2019 in the chapel of Roller-Alcoa Funeral Home, 6700 Alcoa Rd. (501-315-0700), with Bro. Robert Cossey officiating. Interment will follow in Corinth Cemetery in Sheridan, Arkansas.

A time of visitation will be held before the service, from 10:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. Tuesday, May 21 at the funeral home.
