Lucy (Price) Owen, 75 of New Blaine, Arkansas passed away on Thursday, May 9, 2019 in Conway, Arkansas. She was born on February 1, 1944 in London, Arkansas to her parents, Lewis and Vyelena (Priebe) Price. She was a retired payroll clerk having worked for Morton's, Del Monte and Conagra Foods for many years. Lucy attended the Church of Christ in New Blaine and always enjoyed her hand crafts and working with her flowers.
She is preceded in death by her parents, Lewis and Vyelena (Priebe) and her husband James ''Jim'' Owen.
She is survived by her daughter, Jennifer Pierce and husband Dana of Dover; one brother, Earl Price and wife Anna Mae of Pottsville and three grandchildren, Amos Pierce, Josh Pierce and Savannah Pierce.
A graveside service will be held at 2:00 p.m., on Friday, May 17, 2019 at Prairie View Cemetery under the direction of Roller Funeral Home in Paris.
