Sarah Bernice (Webb) Kelley, 80, of Timbo, Arkansas passed away at her home on April 28, 2019. Sarah was born on August 10, 1938 in Newnata, Arkansas to the late William Elmer and Nora May (Adams) Webb. Sarah was a member of Bethany Missionary Baptist Church and taught school for 33 years before retiring. She will be greatly missed by all of her loving family and friends.
Sarah is survived by her husband, Ernest Joe Kelley; one brother, John Elmer Webb; one grandson, Joseph Douglas Kelley along with a host of extended family and friends.
Sarah was preceded in death by her parents, William Elmer and Nora May (Adams) Webb; her son, Douglas Ernest Kelley; brothers, Howard Webb and Ozell Webb; and one infant brother, Christopher C. Webb.
Visitation is Friday, May 3, 2019 from 10:00-11:00 AM at Roller Coffman Chapel in Mountain View, Arkansas. Funeral services will follow the visitation beginning at 11:00 AM with Brother Roy Jones, Brother Cleophas Ramsey and Phillip Webb officiating. Interment will follow at Red Doors Cemetery in Mountain View, Arkansas.
Pallbearers are the Deacons of Bethany Missionary Baptist Church and Brother Tom Tutt.
Roller Coffman Funeral Home in Mountain View, Arkansas is in charge of the arrangements.

She will definitely be missed. She was a very sweet lady who was always very encouraging in our church. She always had a smile on her face whenever I saw her even despite being in pain or discomfort. She had a desire to serve the Lord and be in church. We will definitely miss her presence but I know she is rejoicing in the Heaven with Jesus.
