of Dublin, AR
June 12, 1950 - April 26, 2019
Florence Ann Tusing, ''Flo'' to all that knew her, departed this earth on Friday, April 26, 2019 in Fort Smith. She was born on June 12, 1950 in Dublin, Arkansas to her parents, Raymond Harold and Lois (Stovall) Johnson.
Flo in her early years was a poultry farmer for 30 years, before poultry farming was cool. After a life of poultry farming, Flo worked at Cloyes Gear in Subiaco up until August of 2018. Flo loved fishing on the pond behind her house in Dublin with her grandchildren. Flo enjoyed sitting around the kitchen table with family and friends reminiscing about the good ole days when they were all kids living down on Mud Creek. Flo also loved sitting on the back porch listening to the whippoorwills at dark. Flo was a dedicated wife and mother who never met a stranger and would give them the shirt off her back if they needed it. To all of her family and friends, their lives will be left with a void that will be impossible to fill.
She was preceded in death by her father, Raymond Harold Johnson and two brothers, Terry Lee Johnson and Ray Len Johnson.
She is survived by her mother, Lois Johnson of Dublin; her husband of 50 years, Ruble Ray Tusing of Dublin; one daughter, Andrea Rae Cato and husband Michael of Dublin; one son, Anthony Dewayne Tusing and wife Angie of Prairie View; one sister, Patricia Olsen and husband Carl of Cabot; two brothers, Michael Joe Johnson and wife Rhonda of Dublin and Gary Don Johnson of Dublin and four grandchildren, Emily Renee Tusing, Brandon Lane Tusing, Evan James Tusing and Hayden Andrew Cato.
Visitation will be held from 5:00-7:00 p.m., on Monday, April 29, 2019 at Roller Funeral Home Chapel in Paris.
Funeral service will be held at 10:00 a.m., on Tuesday, April 30, 2019 at Dublin Freewill Baptist Chruch officiated by Rev. Johnny McCoy. Burial will follow in Wares Chapel Cemetery in Dublin under the direction of Roller Funeral Home.
Pallbearers will be Ricky White, Johnny White, Gary Johnson, Michael Johnson, Matt Thompson and Kristy Thompson.
Honorary pallbearers will be Brandon Tusing, Matthew Olsen, Michael Olsen and Chris Horne.
I was sorry to hear of Florence's passing. She was always a very Kind person when we were in school. I wish she could have attended the Class Reunion last October. I would love to have visited with her again. May God comfort all the Family & Friends left behind. Prayers for you all.
God bless you, and may all of you enjoy sitting around remembering her.

Our prayer are with the family
I don't know anyone else that can make me laugh so hard and then cry tears of joy in the same conversation like Flo could. She always had words of comfort and encouragement and then a hilarious story to follow. She was one of my biggest supporters when I was expecting Bailey. She truly believed in the strength and goodness of people. Her legacy lives on in the hearts of the amazing family she'll be waiting on in heaven. Our thoughts and prayers will continue to be with you all. - The Cherry's
