I just saw this. Please accept my sympathies for your loss. Mamye and I went way back all the way to Highland 60 years ago. She is at last at home where she is visiting with those who went before.
Take comfort in that you will see her again.
Is this the Miss Mamie that had the little store on River Street by the Benton Junior High School? If so I remember her dearly.
So sorry for your loss. My condolences
My deepest sympathies and prayers are with the family and friends.
Please except my condolences. May you find comfort in knowing that your dear one is safe in the memory of God, who will remember every detail about her and bring her back again. John 5:28, 29 gives this assurance.
Sorry to hear of Mamye's passing, but what a life she lived! My memories go deep into the Heifner and Simpson families. My mother and Mamye were life long friends and sisters in Christ! We had the privilege of sharing our lives at Highland Heights Baptist Church with her, Janis and Mickey. She was quite and soft spoken, but she was a powerful witness for God. I've personally shared many times that Mamye and my mom had callous' on there knees from praying for their husbands salvation! May God bless you as you grieve! We rejoice with you knowing she has finally gone on to her heavenly rewards!
