The family moved to Sylamore in 1936, where Leo attended school. He married Doris White on June 21, 1945, and served in the U.S. Army before going to work for the railroad in 1948. He had a cattle farm for several years, and one of his favorite pastimes in recent years was helping check the cattle or watching the hay making on his son's farm.

Leo attended First Assembly of God Church in Mountain View. He was a devoted father and grandfather. He had a kind heart, and he loved the Lord and his fellow man.

Enjoyed our talks over the years. LC will be missed at church meetings and restaurants. We would always have some good fellowship. He run his race well and finished his course. He will be greatly missed. Look forward to heaven and meeting again. Blessings!

So sorry for your loss. I shall remember L.C. with his big smile. He had many little sayings that have worked their way into my vocabulary.
May perpetual light shine upon him.
