Amanda, Abbey, and Ace. I am so sad about Alex that I just don't even know what to say. I am really going to miss aggravating him and making chocolate pies that y'all fight over. Losing him is a terrible hurt. Please know we all loved him and do love you and are here for whatever you need us for.

I have known Alex my whole life and can’t think of a single negative memory even as a big brother when Laura and I were kids. He was always kind and always had a smile on his face. Our whole family will miss him! Love you

To Amanda, Abbey, Ace, Laura, Gary, and Mary Jo, I'm so very sad to hear of Alex's passing on to heaven. I met Alex at Saint James United Methodist Church in the early 80's, and remained friends through our Central days, and after. I did not see him in the last 15 years or so, but even to this day, I'm reminded of him and the fun we had together. Throughout my life I have met a lot of kind and peaceful souls. But none to match the peace, and kindness that Alex had. His calm demeanor matched with his warm smile, was a comfort to me, and to a lot of his friends. Alex was the kind of guy that I always looked forward to seeing. He was positive, kind, lighthearted, funny, caring, and someone who any of us could count on at any time. I am So Amazingly Blessed to have had such a good friend. Alex will be in my heart, and remembered always. I'm confident when my time comes, I will be overjoyed to see him again, and his comforting smile which touched us all.

Alex was a great person and friend. We’ve known each other since 10th grade through Hunter and Gretchen. We wound up going to college together. On our trips back to LR, he’d never complained about my music taste, even though I made him listen to spice girls!

I enjoyed meeting Amanda after she and I took the CPA exam. Alex was so happy to introduce his wife. I could tell how much he loved her.

I will miss him and will say prayers for his family. Alex, say hi to Gretchen and Hunter for me!

Love always~Jennifer Flocks (Orsburn)

Thinking of you guys...so very sorry for your loss. Although we didn’t know Alex for very long, he seemed like a funny, kind guy during the time he spent at the dance studio and dance competitions supporting Amanda and the kids. I remember sitting behind him this past dance comp weekend and seeing how proud and excited he looked to see Abbey and Ace dancing on the stage. He’s looking down on you all...prayers for everyone.
