Geraldine ''Geri'' Jeanette Lund, age 84, of Mountain Home, Arkansas passed away Saturday, March 30, 2019 in Mountain Home. She was born on January 15, 1935 to Franklin and Wilma Arbetter in Fountain Bluff, Illinois.
On May 10, 1975 she married Herbert Lund in Granite City, Illinois and they were married for 34 wonderful years. Geraldine was an avid swimmer when she was younger and she always loved to read a good romance novel. She always loved to travel with her husband when they were able.
She is survived by her husband Herbert Lund of the home; step-daughter: Barbara Lewis of Mountain Home; step-grandchildren: Erin Warr, Emily Lewis, Madison Lewis, April Winters, Michael Black, Brittni Cannella, sister: Lynette Arbeiter; sister-in-law: Roberta Arbeiter; one niece: Laura Stackle; two nephews: John Arbeiter and Franklin Arbeiter Jr. She is preceded in death by her parents and one step-daughter Christine Black.
A memorial service will be held at 2 PM Saturday, April 06, 2019 at the Good Samaritan Assisted Living Facility Chapel. Arrangements are under the direction of Roller Funeral Home.
