Charles D. ''Chuck'' Greiner, age 89 of Marshall, Arkansas passed from this life on Sunday, March 24th, 2019 at his home. He was born on October 7th, 1929 in Dayton, Washington to James Loren Greiner and Mable Startin Greiner.

Chuck served in the United States Army Air Corp and was stationed in Guam. He spent most of his career in the Hydraulics field, working as a hydraulic technician foreman for Pasadena Hydraulics in Pasadena, California. In the late 70's he moved to Arkansas with his family and continued his career with Pasadena Hydraulics as a serviceman traveling the United States. Later in his career he joined the Research and Development Department at Flintrock Shirt Company until his retirement. His love and passion of mechanics continued after retirement. He would tinker with any autos if he could fix them at Bixler's Oil and Lube until they closed. Chuck will be remembered for working in his garden, listening to gospel music, his love of McDonalds and his heart to help others.

Survivors include his wife of 52 years, Myrtle Parks Greiner of the home; daughter, Barbara Smith and husband James of Fayetteville; three sons, Audie Bixler and wife Mikelyn of Marshall, Dean Bixler and wife Lurea of Tulsa, OK and Jackie Bixler and wife Debbie of Bergman; thirteen grandchildren; thirty-four great-grandchildren; and five great-great grandchildren.

He is preceded in death by his parents; two children, daughter, Kathy Henderson and son, Wayne Bixler; four brothers, Leon, James, Paul and Noel Greiner; three sisters, Lois Holbrook, Janis Beamer and Lorna Brown; and two grandchildren, Jeff Bixler and Jessica Riggi.

Funeral services for Chuck will be 2:00 PM Thursday, March 28th, 2019 at Roller-Coffman Funeral Home in Marshall, Arkansas with Bro. Phillip Clark and Bro. Roy Ragland officiating. Visitation will be 1:00 till 2:00 PM preceding the service. Burial will be in Marshall Memorial Gardens. Pallbearers will be grandsons, Jason Smith, Jaret Smith, Andy Bixler, Charlie Henderson, Richard Henderson, Jordan Henderson, Jeffery Bixler, Trapper Bixler and James Henderson. Honorary pallbearers will be Buddy Parks, George Collins, Dewey Ward, Chuck Seaton, Greg Clayton, Roy Clayton, Clovis Clayton, Carroll Small, Galen Clayton and Leo Miller. At the family's request in lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made to Marshall Assembly of God Church in memory of Charles Greiner, 200 Westwood Drive, Marshall, AR 72650 or The American Heart Association, www.heart.org.
