My deepest sympathy for the family. My Dad, J.R. Cissell and Mr. Homer were Best Friends in life and I remember my Mom and Dad and Mr. and Mrs. Ainsworth playing Domino's every weekend when I was young. My sympathy for all of the losses this family has suffered over the years. I've known them all my life. They are missed on this earth but will meet in Heaven.
I'm so deeply saddened to learn of Melba's death. I 've known her since we were girls and Dean (Wagner) and I were friends with Rock and her from A.G. days though we didn't see often after they moved to McCrory. After Rock's death and then Dean's, we lost touch. My deepest sympathies to the family she loved.
To the Family of Melba Ray Porter, I’m so sorry for your loss of your beloved, May you find comfort in the God of all comfort, Jehovah, in his Word the Bible, in Isaiah 57:15: For this is what the High and Lofty One says, Who lives forever and whose name is holy: “I reside in the high and holy place, But also with those crushed and lowly in spirit, To revive the spirit of the lowly And to revive the heart of those being crushed. The only true God, Jehovah, (Psalms 83:18) has promised in his Word, in Isaiah 25:8: He will swallow up death forever, And the Sovereign Lord Jehovah will wipe away the tears from all faces... For Jehovah himself has spoken it. Isaiah 46:10; Isaiah 55:11. (New World Translation of the Holy Scriptures)
