My deepest sympathy to the family. I was proud to have Chester as my classmate at Elaine High. In later years he kept members of the Class of 1952 in touch with each other. He set goals for himself and worked hard to achieve them.

Chester was a dedicated member the the Elaine Methodist Church during the years I pastored the church. I always appreciated his wisdom and commitment to Jesus Christ as his Lord and Savior. He was a wise and practical thinker and supportive member. My prayers are with family and friends. He will be missed in Elaine. James, you have helped your dad in so many ways. Thanks for being a great son for both your Mom and your Dad.
