Elizabeth Gale Henderson Carr, 63, of Fairfield Bay, AR went to be with the Lord on Saturday, March 2, 2019 at the Baptist East Hospital in Memphis, TN. She was born September 20, 1955 to J.E. and Juanita Phillips Henderson. A 1973 graduate of Rivercrest High School, Gale retired from the crop insurance business in 2009. She was a member of Whitton Baptist Church. She enjoyed spending time with her family, especially with her grandchildren. Mrs. Carr was preceded in death by her parents; and a sister, Alice Faye Price. Survivors include her husband of 30 years, Terry Carr of the home; sons, Stephan Wayne Elrod Jr. and T.J. (Lyndsey) Carr; a daughter, Amy Elrod; grandchildren, Taylor Elizabeth Harston, Lily Grace Brooks, Emma Gale Brooks and Stephan Austin Elrod; a sister, Margarette Lehman and a brother, Bo Henderson.
My heart breaks for all of you. Gale was the sweetest lady with such southern charm. I enjoyed visiting with her about her children, and I will miss her. Praying for Terry and each of you during this time.
Thought and prayers for the family; Gale and I had many adventures growing up in Wilson and I smile when I think of her and her laugh.
This is still so hard to believe. So glad I got to visit her in December. Prayers for comfort go out to her family and loved ones.

I have read Elizabeth's obituary, she sounded like a wonderful person I am so sorry for your loss. I have always found great comfort in a scripture that talks about a time very soon when God will do away with death forever! Revelation 21: 3 & 4
