I am so sorry for your loss. At sad times like this I draw a measure of comfort from John 5:28,29 where Jesus speaks of the resurrection hope. I know that at present nothing can remove the excruciating pain that you are feeling, but God promises that death and all causes of sorrow will be eliminated in the near future (Revelation 21:4).
