Jennifer Keyes Starling, 49, of Mountain View, Arkansas passed away at her home on Wednesday, February 6, 2019. A memorial service for Jennifer will take place on Thursday, February 14, 2019 at St. Paul's Episcopal Church in Batesville, Arkansas at 2:00 PM with Rev. Jim McDonald officiating.

As Kat's baby sister, Jennifer Starling was like a celebrity name to me. So many legendary stories I heard growing up. So sorry to hear of her passing.
