Mrs. Donis Bettis, 84, of Jonesboro entered into eternal rest Thursday, January 10, 2019. Born December 14, 1934, in Jonesboro to Thomas and Lovella (Byrum) Trevathan. She was a member of Blessed Sacrament and a homemaker.

She is preceded in death by her parents and husband, Larry Bettis.

Survivors include son, John ''Jay'' (Elizabeth) Ford; step-son, Jonathan Bettis; step-daughter, Davenna Brazell; and grandchildren, Liam and Arwen Ford.

Funeral services will be held 10:00 AM, Tuesday, January 15, 2019, at Roller-Farmers Union Funeral Home, 1900 West Washington Avenue, Jonesboro. Burial will follow in Philadelphia Cemetery.

Visitation will be held 5:00-7:00 PM, Monday, January 14, 2019, at the funeral home.
